Truly Traceable
Finalists at the 2017 Suffolk Food and Drink Awards, Lynne and Steve sell their own venison and game pies and sausage rolls. Steve culls and butchers the animals himself while Lynne makes her own pastry and pie fillings. Leaping Hare Preserves
Leaping Hare Preserves is based in Hasketon near Woodbridge. The Suffolk hedgerow fruits make a great base for some interesting and unusual jams, jellies and butters. With the addition of fresh vegetables from local farms I have developed some mouth-watering chutney recipes. I also make seasonal pesto and sauces and cakes.<br /> Bess attends the market on the 2nd Saturday of the month.

High House Fruit Farm
We grow apples, cherries, plums, raspberries, loganberries, blackberries, gooseberries, currants, asparagus and rhubarb. Our apples are pressed into delicious juices and we make a small range of preserves from our soft fruit. We sell all our produce locally in shops, restaurants and farmers' markets. We also do PYO and have a small shop at the farm.<br /> High House attend every market.
